Check in is anytime after 3PM 
Check out by 10AM 
Self check-in with keypad / Guests collect the keys at the property 
Damage deposit of $250 paid when booking and refunded 7 days after checkout. 
Not suitable for pets 
No smoking 
No parties or events 
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) 
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. 
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

There is on-street parking available, metered from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. 
Parking is free on the weekend. 
A 24hr carpark is located a few doors down for $13 per day.

Payment Policy

A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be charged when booking. The amount is in addition to the price, and will be refunded to the guest after check-out assuming the apartment is left in good order within 7 days. 
We require the deposit and credit card details when booking. 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.

A 3% surcharge will be added to your booking for credit card payments.

We also accept direct deposit. 

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until one month before arrival. 
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival. 
No-show Policy 
If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price.
